Klipsch UK Limited Warranty Policy
Terms and Conditions for products supplied by Klipsch UK and Ireland.

What is covered
All parts defective in material and workmanship. This limited warranty for Klipsch products covers the functionality of the speakers or systems for their normal, intended use as specified in the Owner’s Manual.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, normal wear and tear or acts of God. This warranty does not cover damage due to commercial use, improper operation, maintenance or installation, or attempted repair or modification by anyone other than Klipsch UK or authorised Klipsch UK warranty agent. Any unauthorised repairs will void this warranty. This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number or date stamp has been altered or removed from this product.

This warranty does not cover consumable items for example, but not limited to, batteries, ear gels or ear pads.

How long does the Klipsch Limited Warranty apply
Klipsch warrants products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of purchase for the following periods. One year for computer speakers, iPod speakers & multimedia. There is a two year Limited Warranty for our headphone products. Two years for home cinema, commercial audio systems and powered speaker components. Five years for speaker components that are not self-powered or internally amplified.

What we do
Repair or replace any defective products or parts within a reasonable period of time.

How you can obtain warranty service

For purchases made through Klipsch UK
Contact info@klipsch.co.uk or phone 08450 800 578 to request warranty support for your product. Product may only be returned to Klipsch UK after a Return Authorisation number has been obtained from Klipsch UK.

Product purchased through retail stores (including online stores)
In line with consumer regulations warranty service is provided through the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Please contact the retailer, providing proof of purchase for the product, and follow their warranty procedure.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
This Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and will automatically terminate prior to expiration if this product is sold or otherwise transferred to another party.

Repairs or replacements as provided for under this warranty are the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Klipsch UK shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including but not limited to, the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a practical purpose.

In situation where minimum warranty terms are determined by statute, the warranty term is the longer of the statutory period or the term listed above.
